Full payment is to be made three weeks before the tour commences.
Cancellation charges after confirmation is NZ$ 100 per person.
Refunds due to cancellations are based on the refunds given by the tour service providers such as hotels, coaches and sight seeing attractions.
If due to unavoidable circumstances itinerary is altered, suitable alternatives will be provided. In the event of total cancellation of any event by Happy NZ Tours, appropriate refunds will be made.
